These terms apply to all orders placed with, and use of the website operated by, Limitless Distribution SADC (Pty) Ltd ("the Company"), and are governed by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA), the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), and the Companies Act 71 of 2008, where applicable.

Refund Policy

Goods found to be defective or not of the quality contemplated in the agreement may be returned within a reasonable time of delivery in accordance with the implied warranty under Section 56 of the CPA. At our discretion, or the customer's election where the CPA applies, we will repair, replace, or refund the goods. Proof of purchase is required. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return being approved. Goods returned for reasons other than a defect (e.g. change of mind) are accepted only at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us directly. Where an order results from direct marketing, customers may cancel within 5 business days of the transaction without penalty, subject to Section 16 of the CPA. Once goods have been dispatched, cancellation is treated as a return and is subject to our Refund Policy above. Trade account orders are governed by the payment and order terms agreed at account opening.

Delivery Policy

We deliver across South Africa and the wider SADC region using reputable courier partners. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or on invoice and are not guaranteed, though we take reasonable steps to meet them. Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery to the address provided. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive delivery; failed deliveries due to incorrect or inaccessible addresses may incur redelivery charges. Any delivery discrepancies or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Privacy & Data Protection (POPIA)

Personal information submitted through this website or in connection with an order is collected, used, and stored in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). The Company processes personal information only for lawful purposes connected to fulfilling orders, administering trade accounts, and complying with its legal obligations, and takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect that information from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability arising from the sale of goods or use of this website is limited to the purchase price of the goods in question. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption, save where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited (including liability arising under Section 61 of the CPA for harm caused by unsafe or defective goods).

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product names, and content on this website belong to the Company or its licensors (including TUFO and Soudal) and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these terms or from an order placed with the Company is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
